Staff behaviour, great loaction and cleaniliness. I addition to that the sprawling complex to move around. Ample parking place and quality of food.

Reception was friendly, Staff was Helpful, Big Property, Spacious and Green and centrally located in Dooars. Rooms comfortable, Restaurant friendly. Wifi Strong which made my work connected. This is my third stay in this hotel, I love the property but the management has to make sure that all facilities in the rooms are checked before the Guests arrive.
The first room I stayed had some noise coming from the TV switch board from the other room. I wish they had switchboard separately and not interlinked with other room as noise escapes from that point. So the staff offered me another room, but the AC on my next room was very Poor as only very very less cool air coming which made my sleep uncomfortable. AC is important during summer & Monsoon.
