El aseo de las sabanas y fundas estaba regular, las almohadas hace rato están para cambio, se ven muy sucias, tuve que solicitar fundas limpias, cobija y toallas. El desayuno es básico. Para el precio esta bien. El hotel no esta ubicado en Pereira sino en Dosquebradas a las afueras.

Buena atención del personal
Le falta limpieza al detalle, como puertas, polvo nevera, el desayuno es feo y este personal si es antipático no te preguntan cómo quieres el desayuno ellas mismas elegían lo que te querían servir y de mala gana
Es decir si no te gustan los huecos con tomate te toca comertelos porque fue lo que te sirvieron no ofrecen bebidas calientes ni bebida de ningún tipo cero Cortez las de la cocina
