Great - very happy - will return

All very easy to access, good communication, overall a great place. Price was high because of an event in the area but that would change I imagine at a different time.

Facilities and location good but broken doorbell was hugely disruptive and no help from hosts.

The place was nice and in a good location but it is horribly managed. When I go there the rubbish hadn't been emptied and there was an open electrical/utility panel in the shower. On the first morning the doorbell malfunctioned, loudly and constantly ringing from 7am. Hugely disruptive, especially seeing I was trying to get ready for work. I messaged the property for help at 7:55am for assistance, they didn't get back to me until 8:30pm, and that was to ask for more information when I had contacted them on both booking.com and their own external form with all the information at 7:55am. They also provided me with the wrong Wifi details which I had to chase up and caused further delays with my work. Do not recommend. It's a nice apartment but not worth it for the disruption and lack of care from the hosts if something goes wrong. Instructions to collect keys were clear but it was on a side street and bolted to a bar near the ground. Was awkward when I was arriving late at night.

Overall a comfortable stay, very good location

We like the location and the comfort. Instructions to pick up the key were clear and we had no issues getting in. despite being located towards the street with the tram I found that the noise did not bother me when the windows were closed (I live in the country so I am not used to much noise and I was still fine).

1. There should be toilet paper at least in the beginning of the stay. We had to buy toilet paper (there was none at all, not even a square), paper towel, broom. For the longer stays like ours (two weeks) it is odd to not be able to at least broom. 2. I find the description of the apartment was misleading. The pictures were completely different from what we had seen when booking for the one bedroom apartment. I did not complain only because in the apartment we got there were blackout curtains and the one we were shown when we booked there were not and that was important to us. Streetlights would have bothered me while trying to sleep.
