Location, clean beds and toilet with hot and cold water

No towels provided, no tv connected..at this price it was expected

Great Location and spacious rooms but rude staff at night.

The rooms were spacious and in great location. The manager was very supportive and was flexible with check out timings. Access to hotel was very easy.

The staffs at night were at worst behavior. One of the staff wanted to charge for an extra bed when I asked for an extra bedsheet. In one of the rooms we stayed the water heater was out of power and the staff didnt care to come check it when I complained about it to them.

Excellent value for money

Very spacious rooms that correspond to the pictures. The staff are very friendly. Excellent value for money.

Bathroom needs a really good clean. We found cockroaches in there and you could see that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a while.

Very good

Needed a simple and a clean room. And we had that. Also shifted to the Suite room midway, and we loved that. Thanks for accommodating the request.

The room was spacious and ac was working fine.

There is no balcony in the room, the lights are also yellow colour and not white lights, the lighting was pretty bad in the room, not very much light was there and it's hard to read books or watch or work during night because of poor lighting

Room was clean staff in the reception were very professional

Bathrooms are dirty looks old and could be maintained better. Also there was one housekeeping person who doesn't have manners and was very rude. We kept asking for towel but never got even until checkout
