Our room was very nice, clean, and surrounded by many beautiful plants and flowers. The pool is clean and big with a beach view. We stayed here on my birthday and the restaurant staff surprised me with a cake and card, staff overall here were very kind.
No direct access to beach but this wasnt an issue as you can walk to the beach of the nextdoor resorts

Easy access to taxi (grab) just outside hotel, spacious rooms, however misleading that bungalows are the accommodation it’s 3 levels of rooms bungalows are one level so this was untrue.
Staff where not on the ball at all service was slow and very limited English speaking staff
So many things on the menu weren’t available for the duration of our stay we where a party of 17 and basic menu choices like a glass of white wine weren’t available for a full week no pizzas, no burgers etc and the worst part is that on 5 different occasion’s we ordered and it took minimum 50m to tell us they didn’t have what we ordered!
The breakfast was absolutely terrible we went on the first day and never went back, Vietnam is famous for its wonderful coffee not in this hotel it was undrinkable stewed and very very strong, no pastries, toaster didn’t work bread that was hard.
Also cleaning ladies come to do your room at between 6am and 8am dispite a do not disturb on the door and the cleaning of room is not good!
