The river view room offered just that with the hotel located right on the bank of the Yuan. Room size was good, staff were very friendly and helpful to all guests. Good quality toiletries were provided in the small bathroom. Free parking is available opposite the hotel.
Bed was a little on the hard side for me and I found the bathroom a little dark which made shaving more difficult. Tea and coffee in the room would have been appreciated to go with the kettle and mugs provided.

We loved staying in the Teak house, the native wood brings so much character. Our room had a view of the river with the swallows skimming off it that I could have watched all afternoon.
The room itself was very clean and a nice room to step into. The balcony was a lovely place to sit
Close to shops, restaurants (it’s a restaurant itself as well), 7/11.
We were absolutely fine, however if you have trouble with stairs it would be worth requesting the second floor rather than the third

The room was spacious and comfortable. The water in the shower was hot and strong. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It's located on the bank of the river and we had a great view from our balcony. The breakfast dining area also has a great view of the river. There was parking across the street, but it was a very, very short walk. The entire building is teak wood, which gives everything a lovely vibe. The atmosphere is great.
Since the building is made of wood, when you walk across the room, the floor boards do tend to make a lot of noise. But that's to be expected.
