Il personale simpatico e bravo.
Da revisionare un po' il bagno, la posizione della struttura scomoda da raggiungere,ma non è colpa di nessuno, è proprio la cittadina che è stata costruita scomoda

Struttura accogliente, pulita e ristrutturata.
Molto apprezzata la consegna della camera con 2 ore e mezzo di anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in (senza nostra richiesta).
Colazione improvvisata e con pochissima scelta (ad esempio mancavano sia la frutta che le opzioni salate). Inoltre, il giorno del check-out (dopo che ci era stato confermato di dover liberare la stanza entro le 10:30), la signora delle pulizie alle 09:30 ci ha detto in modo sgarbato: “Dovete andarvene, siete già in ritardo”. Sebbene la flessibilità al check-in sia stata un bel gesto, non giustifica minimamente un trattamento così scortese e fuori luogo prima di lasciarla. Questo episodio ha abbassato notevolmente la mia valutazione e la voglia di lasciare una mancia alla signora delle pulizie che, va riconosciuto, aveva svolto un ottimo lavoro.

Very comfortable rooms and beautiful view on the balcony. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly.
The office is located at a different location than the rooms. The breakfast only had two, basic options.

"I’m willing to stay again when I go back to Ponza. It’s walking distance for Luna Terrace and port. The room is clean and enough space. Reasonable price !
