Staff were friendly, location is central and next to few nice coffee. The family room was good but bathroom dated.
the staff mentioned we were upgraded but our family room was next to the church and bells rang at 5:30 every morning. And our room was on 6th floor with no lift. The breakfast offering is average. When questioned if it was a real upgrade, the staff offered us a commercial discount with was appreciated.
