Location, view and comfort.
Only a small issue. Check out was 11am so we set of 8am for a local area drive around and took our belongings just in case we couldn’t return. We returned at 9:30am to make coffee and a toilet break to find the cleaners already cleaning the place for the next incoming. In our minds we had not checked out. There was no reception so not sure how they knew we had left at 8am.

The location was great, even saw the Northern Lights. Has everything you need for a stop along the ring road. Area was quiet with a beautiful view, easy to locate, and comfy bed.
The water has a very strong sulfer smell (to be expected) and the pull out sofa was not very comfy - but they did already have it made up for us which was a great surprise since we arrived late.

The location.
Seems like housekeeping is entirely on the tenant.
The sofa bed is a disaster and creaks non-stop. The shower cubicle is so small, it almost feels like a trap.
