Location and nice staff
Old and stained towels. One day the hot water was finished due to a supply problem

The staff assistance. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The trip from the airport to the hotel was included in the hotel price. The person working at the breakfast room was very kind.
The temperature of the shower. There were only two towels in the bathroom and we had to ask for more. The room was not well isolated, so we heard much of the noise outside at late and at very early hours. The internet coonection sometimes was not stable. We had to ask for a hair dryer because there wasn’t one in the bathroom.
The breakfast was fair but there was only one kind of bread to take.
