The location is perfect. Just a few mins drive from Volterra / shopping centre / ATM, and 25 mins drive from Bocelli concert. Had plenty of space for parking the car. There is a good size pool, the lady (owner) is really friendly. (I highly recommend this place, but know in advance, the lady will ask you for deposit in cash (€100/person) even if you paid the whole stay in advance... at least this was the case when we arrived there. Nothing bad, we got it back, but better to be aware. If you have no cash with you, there is an ATM opposite the Conad shop)
