Nur Personal und F&B entsprechen den Erwartungen

Zimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden, ja eigentlich das ganze Hotel. Der Strand ist überlaufen, die Ausstattung des Hotels an Strand armselig. Frühstück, überhaupt das Speisenangebot vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Staff des Hotels aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Wie bereits oben erwähnt, ist das Hotel sehr alt, aber erstaunlicherweise sehr gut besucht. Es gibt sehr viele Veranstaltungen für externe Gäste. Der Pool ist am Wochenende von auswärtigen Gästen regelrecht überlaufen (geringer Eintritt) und extrem lau (DJ bereits morgens um 9:00 hämmert der Bass durch die weitläufige Anlage). Die Zimmer sind durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit muffig, was sich auf die Kleider, Schuhe, Koffer etc. überträgt und zu Hause kaum wieder rauszubekommen ist: Katastrophe Abends ist die Lobby, Bar und Poolside von Professionellen sehr stark frequentiert.

The staff are so helpful and accommodating. The dining managers and staff work as a team to make your dining experience memorable. Prince, David, Alfred, and Matilda are just few names of many that made my visit so pleasant.

Francis is an amazing Manager of the property.

The attentiveness of all of the staff. My massage was great. The beach guys sang happy birthday to me. I had an amazing time for my birthday weekend.

How to return again one day

The staff was the best, very friendly and helpful. The Lagoon Bar along with the manager Mr. Samuel made it the best stay.

The hot water was strange, it was great in the morning, in the evening it was inconsistent. At least over in the unit we stayed (254)

The room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the pool area was really nice. Breakfast was pleasant each morning.

I did have a couple of issues with being my key card not working properly and being locked out the building, which means I had to walk to the reception desk more than once before the issue was corrected. The employee, Nii Amon, was not helpful as he seemed I was bothering him by asking for assistance for their error. I was also locked out of my room while I was at breakfast on checkout day. It was not even checkout time.

Great location for a relaxing short stay

Labadi beach was great for its location - close to the beach and a concert we were attending. The swimming pools and massage was also nice.

The spa facilities needs an update - it didn't feel luxury but just nice. Labadi Beach Hotel doesn't feel like value for money. If you compare it to Kempinski Hotel which is only £20 more a night their standard warrants a 5* rating. Labadi feels more like a 3 star. The breakfast options were limited and what was on offer was basic, not that great to be honest. Expect much more from a hotel that claims to be 5 star. The prawns we had for dinner also weren't fresh, they were a bit mushy in texture which was disappointing. Since Labadi Beach Hotel also boarders Labadi Beach it would be good for them to take action in helping to maintain the cleanliness of the beach.

Clean and with good facilities.

Credit card charged in dollars, even though the GHS price was on the bill at the hotel rates. Hotel should have charged at these rates but wouldn’t. Bank exchange rate cost a furthe. 100US$ which could have been avoided.

Not a good experience.

The swimming pool area is nice. The staff is amazing!

The property installations are very old, the apartment is aged and the air conditioning is poor. We left the hotel in the middle of the stay due to these bad conditions.

The dining area is too too too small for the hotel. please consider breaking the wall between the dining area door and outside dining space to make it one big room.

This was a great and fun place to stay. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful.

The beach area and beach bar were great. The pool bar was lots of fun. Eric the bartender was fabulous. The food and drinks were excellent quality and value.

I think were the hotel offers day passes to outside guests, there is not always a lounge chair available to hotel guests. Would suggest adding more loungers. Also, the creek between the pool and beach was like a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

big. close to the beach. security. well known so Ubers and taxi know where to go. great breakfast

housekeeping doesn’t replenish towels. had to call at least 2-3 times every day to get towels because they would take all the dirty towels and not replace with clean ones. staff was overral slow to respond. lack of urgency on issues. preferential treatment to white customers. I was very very disappointed in the hotel for this. guests of all races should be treated like they are at 5 star hotel. 3 star quality of. Rating needs to be adjusted to meet expectations.

I really didn’t like it. it’s an expensive hotel, definitely not worth it.

The food at the hotel and close proximity to the beach. I called the front desk to ask for plasters and they sent a nurse to my room.

I had to move three times. There’s a unbearable mold smell in the corridors and the rooms. For this amount of money this hotel should be better. The hotel is due for an upgrade/refurbishment.

Really nice lodge like beach resort. Has everything. Beautiful pools, gym, spa, lots of bars, nice rooms, delicious food (free breakfast is freaky a brunch and really good), great staff. Would definitely stay again

My tv didn't work well, couldn't get many channels beyond CNN and BBC .... but it wasn't too bad because I spent most of my time outside at the ppol, beach, and bar

The local cuisine served in the restaurant was delicious and the hotel staff (reception, restaurant, valet services) were very helpful. It was really nice having the beach just at the backyard of the hotel and being able to take a walk down in the mornings.

The grounds looks amazing & well kept;2 pools easily accessible.. vibrant atmosphere; friendly staff; The African theme presentation of the hotel was beautiful
