Vincenzo at the front was so kind and helpful. The room has a great ac system as well as a marvelous balcony with a nice view.

Location was very centric and perfect if you are taking the ferri
Check-in was not available until 16h…and check out was max at 10am so it’s not even 24h. I find that unfortunate cause we wanted to leave staff and go to the beach and couldn’t.
The bed sheets were extremely hard..felt like cardboard. Not comfortable at all.

At 7am someone opened our door without even knocking
At 10am the cleaning lady told us to hurry so she can clean the room when the check out was until 10.30

We stayed for two nights while waiting for a ferry to Barcelona. Check in and check out were easy. It met our expectation for a reasonably priced place to stay with no frills. The man at reception was very nice and helpful!
The walls were pretty thin. We could hear our neighbor singing Ovunque Sarai over and over. Luckily I love that song and he went to sleep early.

Great location middle of the town, easy access to busses, restaurants, shops etc. Typical Sardinian style.
The host is very accommodating and caring.
Very noisy room, could hear everything from the room next to us. Also outside noises were very hearable.
Not a lot of facilities: small tv, hairdryer, little shampoo and shower-gel (typical from hotels), towel changed every 2 days.

When we arrived there was a small problem with the bathroom which got handled great by the owner (who offered to pay for some drinks at a local bar during the 30min wait). Room was tidy and clean, great value for money with passionate owner.

The bedlinen are very hard, very uncomfortable. Would advice to replace those.
