Much too basic for the price

Super friendly staff. Location is ideal Love the fact of having breakfast (included) at a real bar (in the same street of the hotel). Simple location, but able to satisfy all the needs

The only thing I can say is that I had a lot of light coming through the window during the whole night, but not a terrible issue

It’s near to the beach and it’s inside the town so everything that you need is all in one place.

It’s not about the property but the town itself, there’s no other access if you don’t have a car going there you will walk from Spotorno-Noli Station, we saw a bus but it’s from Savona.

The place is right at Noli!‘s old town centre, and 5 minutes walking distance from a nice clear-water beach. Also, many good restaurants, pizza places and coffee shops around.

Room has a fan not big enough to cool it down during hot nights. you need to open the window and it is a bit noisy. The noise is much worse if the room is over the main pedestrian street. Also, there is not much choice for the included-breakfast : just croissant and coffee or water. if you want another coffee or orange juice you have to pay extra. But even if you pay extra there is not much choice. Breakfast is at a nearby coffee shop not in the Albergo. Better not to pay for included breakfast and go to a nice coffee shop nearby.

Friendly staff. Could pick up keys at reception before noon. Excellent breakfast in Italian bakery. Only 1 coffee & 1 croissant, but extras were very cheap, and ambience was charming

Very basic accommodation. Lots of noise both in the late evening (until 1am) and early morning (as of 6am)
