La location
Mancanza di staff se no a colazione o telefonicamente per gestire piccoli problemi all’arrivo quale parcheggio in zona ZTL ad esempio, sebbene le indicazioni fossero puntuali non si capiva bene se la ZTL fosse accessibile o meno dagli ospiti. La gestione totalmente automatizzata bene, tuttavia sarebbe stato apprezzato la possibilità di contattare per un check-in anticipato anche di pochi minuti considerata la giornata caldissima

Das Frühstück war gut aber nur sehr kleine Auswahl. Die Lage war super. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel
unser Badezimmer war komplett verschimmelt und wir hatten nach dem benützen Kopfschmerzen und fühlten uns sehr schlecht. Wir wollten in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln, da sie aber komplett ausgebucht waren, mussten wir die Unterkunft stornieren nach der ersten Nacht.
