Очень милая женщина руководитель , помогала нам во всем ! И у нее была чудесная дружелюбная собака с которой мы хорошо провели время. Расположение очень удобное и близко к центру . Есть кухня и все удобства ,посуда и холодильник. Руководящая тоже живет в комнате этого мини отеля. Единственный минус темные комнаты . Не смотря на это , это был хороший опыт проживания !

It was close to where I needed to go. The host was very welcoming and sincerely concerned about my welfare. The room was spacious and comfortable and of course clean. The access was clear and secure.
I can’t think of anything. When she found out, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the free breakfast the morning of my departure. The thoughtful hostess brought me fresh watermelon chunks! I did notice that there was some smoking in the flat, but she has a wonderful air filter and in my room, I could not detect it at all. There’s even a wonderful, mild mannered, beautiful dog. What is not to like.

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale vicino alla stazione - quindi comoda per raggiungere le diverse parti della città con treno/metro oltre che per raggiungere l'aeroporto.
Trovandosi vicino alla stazione, la zona è molto frequentata e abitata da cittadini extracomunitari- nulla contro ma mi sembra opportuno precisarlo per chi non conoscesse la zona.
La struttura è dotata di servizi minimi indispensabili e vecchi - sarebbe opportuno rinnovarli e aumentarli (almeno un forno microonde, cambiare le posate etc...) viste le diverse recensioni negative in merito.
La sig.ra Annamaria, per quanto apparentemente cordiale e disponibile, si è rivelata poco professionale e poco ospitale (spero non se la prenda ma non è cosi che si trattano i clienti di una struttura). Inoltre abitando dentro la struttura con il cane non è il massimo per un ospite.
In sintesi una struttura che per ora non consiglierei vista l'esperienza ma che ha del potenziale se risistemata e gestita da qualcun altro.
