Nicely situated when you spend holidays with 5-10 years' old children and plan visititing popular places such as Sassnitz, Prora, Zirkov (Karl's), Thiessow, Hiddensee or tak a tour by Roland.
- kitchen annex is rather symbolic - not enough space to prepare meals (even brekfast, not to mention cooking a dinner)
- the room is smaller than appeared upon pictures and description (I am not sure if there were 32 m2 as prommised)
- mixed impressions in terms of garden - part of fascilities for children (such as wooden houses) were in a poor conditions and could not have been used (due to risk of injuries)
- personel is friendly however comunication is only possible in German
