The location was perfect. The host met us in the main piazza and walked us to their free parking spot. The apartment was so cute and clean and fully stocked with items to prepare meals. Communication was instantaneous. Beautiful view off the small balcony. The clothes washer came in handy and the outdoor dryer stand worked perfectly. Spello is a charming colorful town. Great for getting exercise in going up and down the hilly streets. Be prepared to take many photo’s.

Nette b&b. Heel standaard ingericht. Ontbijt eenvoudig. Ligging is prima. Je bent zo op het strand.
We verbleven 1 nacht omdat we op doorreis waren. En dat was prima.

Excellent location a very short walk from the beach. Good secure parking area in a lovely neighborhood. Easy to access if you are here. Kind helpful staff and everything as expected. Very clean large rooms and amenities were good. They have a deal with the Lido at the beach and we used it everyday - very good and the restaurant on the beach and on the way is very good. I would recommend staying here. The A/C was excellent - how was it so quiet? We have never had such a quiet a/c system. Kind nice staff also
I would struggle to find anything an am being very picky. A full length mirror would have been useful according to my wife as would a hose attachment on the shower - it only had the single mounted shower head. The rooms are a bit sparse but that was to be expected. The breakfast was fresh and good but the option for an egg or for fruit would have been welcome - maybe it was available but there was no English spoken here really. Not an issue as we knew what we were doing to manage.
