The staff were lovely
The rooftop terrace was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset and enjoy breakfast which was eggs, breads and jam. They also do lovely evening meals.
The pathway down to town is very dirty and you need a torch at night to make sure you dont step in anything! And its a steep climb back at night!
The bed was way too hard and the pillows too flat so it wasnt comfortable.
The budget double was very small ( which i booked.but should have upgraded) so hard with 2 suitcases and one person has to climb over the other in the middle of the night.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place is ideally located near Ota-Hmam Square, which makes it easy to access the main attractions and famous places in the city. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.
However, I would not recommend the suite located next to the terrace. Unfortunately, the noise was extremely disturbing. We could hear people talking, children running, and chairs being moved loudly even at 4 AM. We complained to the staff, and although they spoke to the guests, the noise continued throughout the night. As a result, we were unable to sleep at all.

So many things. Firstly the location. No one told us that there was an entrance at the top of the hill we could be dropped by taxi. No one was available to assist us with our luggage even when we were a few metres from the door. It looked nothing like the photos. The air-conditioning did not work in either room we looked at. It always felt dirty. (There were hair ties in the sink). Hot water only just lasted 4 minutes. Breakfast was just bread and a few olives.
