Not worth the money, poor service

The day before check-in, another apartment in the same building canceled our booking, and we quickly found this room at very short notice.

1. To get the keys, we had to call or text the woman who opens the apartment and hands over the keys. 2. You need to have cash without change to pay this woman for the bed linen. It is not possible to pay the full amount by card online. 3. The lighting in the room worked poorly — some fixtures made noise, flickered, or did not turn on. 4. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but the trash can was full, even though we were the first guests on the floor that day. 5. Problems with cleanliness.

Awesome family room for 4!

Clean, very nice and hospitable. Great family room with accommodations for 4. Good size rooms. Close to grosser arbor and groceries and trails. Quiet and well-equipped kitchenette with dishes, pots, pans, etc. 2 electric hotplates, microwave, and sandwich toaster press. Plenty of room in the fridge. Hot showers with great water pressure. Safe and a great rate for the entire room. Room comes with sectional couch, table for 4, and 4 windows that open for fresh air. Radiator heaters work well. Will definitely return! Thank you.

Great location-Just next to the train station (on Czech and German side as welll) ,good starting point for hikes in Sumava,
