Accueil du matin excellent, personnel souriant, attentif aux besoins, disponible.
Lors de notre arrivée le soir, au contraire, réception fort peu sympathique, car c'était notre premier passage dans un hôtel de la chaîne et, dans l'ignorance, nous n'avions, pas tout à fait respecté la procédure en nous permettant de déranger la personne de permanence.

Lits trop durs, voisins et couloirs bryants et beaucoup trop chaud. Les gérants ont refusé de nous authoriser à ouvrir la porte de sortie de secours pour faire courant d'air
