L’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui parle très bien français et qui nous ont trouvé une place dans un parking privé tout près de l’appartement.
La grande terrasse et la vue mer
L’emplacement au calme en retrait de l’agitation de Petrovac au départ d’une merveilleuse balade dans les pins au dessus de la mer et en direction d’une plage.
Très bon emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville de Budva le matin à la fraîche.
Évitez de descendre à Stevii Stéphan inaccessible car privatisée par une chaîne d’hôtel hyper luxe.

Le propriétaire et ses employés sont très sympathiques et serviables. Le patron parle Français et cela aide. Il est venu nous chercher au Bus et nous a emmenées au bus à notre départ. Nous étions au dernier étage, La terrasse avait une vue sur la mer superbe. Literie confortable. Le calme. Tout était poche de la plage et des restaurants.
L'équipement vieillot et les meubles très lourds. La salle de bains, la kitchenette etc... tout a besoin d'une rénovation complète.
Le ménage est aussi à revoir....

The host welcomed us on arrival and provided beverages. Kind and keen to provide practical information on the area and tourist attractions.
The balcony allowed us to sunbathe and relax outside without the need to walk down to the busy beach. The apartment is spacious enough for 2 people comfortably enjoy a few days' stay.
Unfortunately, parts of the property were not clean (esp. kitchen and other cupboards). The bathroom calls for refurbishment.
Not a fault of the owner but it is unfortunate that the air-con units on the hotel opposite are particularly noisy and may spoil the ambience of the otherwise quiet and lovely spot.
