Perfect location, between Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano, all close drive. Very beautiful sunsets.
Could have done with a restaurant and a bigger pool.

The location and the outside of the Palazzo it s magnific🥰
The rooms definitely need improvement, especially when it comes to guests’ comfort and the level of service you would expect when staying at a palace. For example, there was no vanity kit in the bathroom, no body lotion, and not even slippers. The swimming pool also needs better maintenance and attention. During our stay, people who were not staying at the property were also using the pool, which made the experience less private and comfortable for hotel guests.
The accommodation is about a two-minute drive from the palace. However, when you arrive there, nobody is waiting to welcome or guide you, so you are left to find your room on your own. The breakfast was also quite poor and lacked variety. There were no eggs available, which was disappointing, especially considering the type and price level of the property.
