The location was a bit remote but once there it was lovely. The room was nice and so was the pool and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and dinners delicious and very good value.
My husband wasn’t keen on the amount of cars around.

We were looking for a Trulli & Masseria experience which this combined nicely and convenient on our tour down through Puglia by car. It was spacious, quiet, rural but you could appreciate the farm around you. The room seemed a better compromise than some others we researched (small and in town vs too modernised without the authenticity) and I felt we had a pretty nice mix and a real trulli. It is pretty cool waking up and seeing the trulli roof, I really loved that. Comfy bed, nice light bathroom.
Staff generally very nice. Easy to get to.
I think the lounge/kitchen lacked some very easy comforts. For a 2 room trulli (one bed, one lounge - well actually the bedroom slept 3 and i think maybe there was a sofa bed too), there was one wine glass and one mug, no cork screw, but a massive fridge freezer. No way we could have self catered. For the best part of E200 a night (in mid late Sept), lacking in cheap detail and just some homely decor. I dont think such additions would take away from the authentic experience, I think they would have sold it!!
WIFI basically does not work and UK EE signal too weak to do much with.
I was very excited by the home farm dinner. You dont need the E40 set menu trust me, even the biggest eater cant get through that. It was decent to be fair and amazing value for the quantity of food. Not all to our taste but thats our personal taste rather than the food. There's a reason the wine is cheap.
I definitely would not be put off going here, it's a lovely spot and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, near the sea, and lots of lovely
Villages
Pool area inundated by locals and noisy children who came for the day on all the days we were there, making it impossible for the residents to enjoy the pool and we were forced to escape to the seaside to be able to swim, which defeated the purpose of staying at a Masseria with a pool! Also - they make it a rule that you need to wear an awful swimming cap, which makes no sense when all the tiny children were allowed to urinate in the pool by their parents - we saw this actively encouraged by parents quite a few times during our stay!

Food is amazing and all from the working farm, room is fairly large and there is a pool and plenty of space. Close to a couple of lovely towns, Locorotondo only 5 minutes and Martina Franca maybe 10 minutes.
Facilities are quite basic, although sort of to be expected. We would have preferred if the Wi-Fi reached the room and not just the common areas too. The pool is lovely albeit the owner rents it out on a daily basis to local people, so it was very noisy and crowded for the duration of our stay, expect around 40-50 children screaming at once. The owner did let us swim before the pool opened to the public in the mornings though which was nice. It’s very much a working farm so bear in mind everything that will come with that. The restaurant was also closed the night we arrived and we weren’t aware of that prior which was a bit of a shame.
