My parents stayed 2nd time in two years in Ariadni Palace. Family running this place always makes you feel like part of family. Very welcoming. Great time spent there and friends for life made ❤️❤️❤️

Posizione, perfetta sia per famiglie che giovani. A 1.5km c’è Hersonissos con tantissimi locali e discoteche per fare serata mentre nella strada stessa della struttura la cittadina offre tanti posti tranquilli in cui sedersi e bere una birra in pace o mangiare qualcosa. Staff meraviglioso sempre attento e disponibile, camere dotate di tutto e se dovesse mancare qualcosa si occuperanno al più presto possibile per aiutarvi. Hanno salvato il nostro viaggio a Creta che era partito in maniera super negativa a causa di una prenotazione in un’altra struttura pessima in tutto.
Un po’ troppi insettini che poi entrano dentro la struttura ma non è colpa della pulizia o di loro in qualche modo.

Le personnel était très accueillant. L'emplacement était idéal, avec un supermarché, des restaurants, des boutiques, etc. juste à côté.
À notre arrivée, il y avait déjà des centaines de moustiques dans l'appartement. Il y avait également beaucoup de vis-à-vis avec les voisins. L'eau de la douche était froide, ce qui était très désagréable. La cuisine était très peu équipée : seulement deux petites plaques de cuisson, sans éponge, torchon ou autres équipements de base. De plus, la vaisselle n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. Enfin, l'appartement, annoncé pour quatre personnes, était vraiment très petit.
