Pool could be open later in evening …
Distance to the lake could be emphasised as a drive away as we had to use the car.
More loungers or chairs in the garden
Two keys and one spare for the air con in the room to stay on would have been better.

The apartment is nice and cosy, has everything you need, has underground garage, great location, but only if traveling by car, there is a supermarket and multiple restaurants within the walking distance. There is also a pool, water, at least in summer, is warm, so perfect for kids. Has AC.
The negatives do not affect our score nor are fault of the owners, but something good to know & keep in mind before going:
- The building is nice as such, but not new, so the sound isolation is terrible. You can hear everything, including the neighbours bathroom, TV, and what they talk about.
- The kitchen is fully equiped with tools, but lack basic generic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, oil.
- High humidity in the apartment.
- Difficult access to the parking garage, narrow & steep. Not for unexperienced/new drivers.

Wonderful place with an amazing host. So serene. Also perfectly furbished. I highly recommend it.
We were there over new years eve to escape the parties and fireworks. That night a big group stayed in various rooms, partied right above us and shot fireworks out of the windows (!). We asked them to stop, they refused. I cannot recommend this place for pet owners over new year‘s.

Great location, close to the lake and to Gardaland. We were there at a quite part of year, which was pleasant. Very well maintained property!
