My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in Jonquieres. We received a warm welcome from Patricia and Yves who also passed on useful local information. The house and garden are very spacious.
A little disappointed that although we had requested baby equipment we had to clean it before using.
NOVASOL the letting company are to be avoided. They charged us for 84 nights of tourist tax even though we were only present for 55 and point blank refused to refund the overcharge. Despite many emails they are now refusing to speak to me about this. I don't understand how they can charge tax when it's not due. If you have guests coming and going during your stay as we did, when you register put the minimum number of guests then pay the extra tax independently.
