Nice position, close to ZooMarine and Strategically positioned close to trains that reach Rome city centre in 20minutes.
Room was neat, good breakfast, good restaurant inside the hotel with good quality food.
Staff very friendly they accommodate my request to leave our luggages after the checkout so we could visit the city of Rome without the hassle of keeping the luggages in the car.
Overall good experience for a short stay in Rome.
You need a car, there is not much around at walking distance.
I would not recommend this hotel for someone who is traveling without car.

Clean comfortable bed, room with a balcony view that was lovely from top floor
Bathroom a little dated, not soundproof- noisy doors closing waking me up
