The location was practical, restaurants see front near by, the beds were comfortable.
No air conditioning and room really hot and stuffy due to old carpet floor in the room. The air in the room was very dusty… breakfast was very basic.

its geographical situation
the room, no heating available,not particularly clean due to failing performance of cleaning staff (house keeping).
last but not least breakfast very limited. as a positive note I have to say the staff of the reception were superb and outstanding! very friendly, helpful and customer oriented.
