Very close to centre, and also quite close to Autostrada.
The owner was very nice, and welcomed us even though we arrived slightly earlier than expected.
Very clean room.
Breakfast is in room, and self service since all necessary equipment is in the room.
Breakfast is very basic (although several croissants were available)
Decor is not modern (but it did not affect us)

"Very friendly man who runs it. You have use of a kitchen so can do your own breakfast if you want more than a basic Italian breakfast. Good parking spaces. It's in the commercial and residential part ..."
