Very nice and comfortable room. Aircon works perfect and without noise. Rooms spotless clean. With a pretty Common Veranda where you can have coffee and tea in the daytime. Night market and 7/11 just around the corner. 10 Minutes walk to Wat Mahatat.
Kitia, the host, is very helpful and does her best to make your stay perfect. Provides with all relevant information, tuktuk and what one could need.

Can't recommend this place highly enough! The owner was so friendly and helpful, and the place was great in every way. Very comfortable, ideal location to access the sites, perfectly clean and close to lots of great food options.

Super comfortable, quiet, and incredibly kind host - felt like a real home stay. Location is good, light breakfast provided, the bed was SO COMFY!!!
