Very, very basic accommodation.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The room was basic but clean. The shower had good water pressure. The staff were pleasant. More suited to backpacker accommodation if it was cheaper.

The bathroom was grim and dark with old, stained fittings. The sink had no plug and I found a used soap in the shower. The water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The tv didn't work well with only 2 watchable channels and poor sound. There was no security chain on the door. The property is being marketed as refurbished but there was little evidence of this. Far too expensive for what you get.

Very disappointing

The location to the hospital was good

The entry way was littered with cigarette butts, there was a use bath mat hanging in the bathroom, there were wads of toilet tissue in the soap holder in the shower. The air conditioner swing flap was black and the filter also. The day was cold but no way was the airconditioning being turned on. The people in the room next door were walking in and out of their rooms with lit cigarettes. I can not rate the comfort of the bed as we did not stay. With a prime location as you have to hospital and the number of regional people needing services like rooms, while they have loved ones in hospital, you are on a gold mine IF it were clean. My daughter needed additional 5 days accommodation but I booked elsewhere for her due to the state of uncleanliness inside and out.

The motel is about a 1-2 star rating. I would not stay here as a solo female

The room had airconditioning

The quilt cover and blankets had stains on them. The motel room at the end of the property had rubbish strewn all over the car park out the front. It was disgusting.

Poor

Rude staff, tired run down building, needs a general freshen up. Noisy, large bins being moved about very early, no consideration for guests. Photo copied licence and credit card, both sides of both.

great town to visit. loved the Pub, bakery, and Chinese/Malaysian restaurant.

being able to park the car and walk everywhere friendly staff

the sheets were not on the bed properly the power point at bed in wrong location. had to move the bed to use it. One bedside lamp the huge step to use the bathroom ...lucky we didnt fall in or out. felt like it was dangerous.

1. Asked for a hand towel at Reception, but was advised that they were not available to guests. 2. Although there was a toaster in the room, there were no plates or butter knives available. 3. There was no iron in the room. 4. No WiFi 5. No cable TV 6. Door knobb was loose/not secure. 7. Hot water supply at night was only lukewarm. 8. Cobwebs everywhere on the exterior of the Motel and Office entrance. 9. No lines marked for parking spaces in front of Motel rooms. 10. Shower taps need replacing.

They did not honour Booking.com deal that I paid for with regards to bigger room. they said was nothing to do with them. mmmm yet I booked through Booking .com. so did not have enough beds when we got there as they did not let me know. was terrible management. took money out before day of booking. was not impressed at all.

Room was not cleaned after we went out. Misunderstanding by management. Lino on floor, no carpet. Property looked tired.

I was only there for a single night. It served my purposes well.

location was excellent. several eating venues in walking distance.

Bathroom facilities were ageing but not a real issue. It was very clean and well cared for.

We just wanted an arrive late Leave early bed for overnite and this was provided at this budget hotel . Receptionist stayed late to book us in . Value for money , clean , comfy bed in this older facility .

A short stay, just overnight. place is great for overnight but not for a long stay.

Very local and clean.

the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows weren't even plush, they were very flat.
