We stayed in Lulea two nights before traveling north. It was a great location and very clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, as was the sky bar.

It’s exactly in the city center. Also the breakfast was nice.
We booked one of the cheapest rooms that it’s situated in a place like a basement. There’s no window and during the night it was very hot inside the room. Also it’s not sound proof. We could hear everybody coming back from their night out in the corridor. The final straw came when a couple arrived at around 3 am and they had an argument and we could hear everything from the next room.
