Sehr netter Empfang und Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts. Sehr wertig renovierter Bauernhof mit modernen puristisch möblierten Apartments.Bequeme Betten, tolle Aussicht!Ruhige Lage. Bäckerei fussläufig , ebenso zwei empfehlenswerte Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Mit der Brixencard ist man alle 15 Minuten mit dem Citybus kostenlos im Zentrum von Brixen. Sehr Komfortabel!

We stayed at the apartment for about eight days as a family of four (two adults and two children), and we really enjoyed our stay.
The apartment is very well equipped with almost everything you need for cooking, and we also received plenty of useful information about the surrounding area.
The location is excellent for exploring the different parts of the Dolomites. The apartment is located just outside Brixen, making it a great base for day trips throughout the region. There are also several large supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. Another great bonus is the excellent Pizzeria Restaurant Hofkeller, located very close to the apartment — definitely worth a visit!
Another great advantage of staying here is that the BrixenCard is included. The card provides free access to various attractions and activities in the area, including free admission to the Acquarena swimming and leisure center in Brixen. We found it to be a great bonus, especially when traveling with children.
Our hosts, Michael and his family, were very welcoming and helpful. They took care of everything and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our eight days here. We would definitely recommend this apartment to families looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the Dolomites.
A bit more air conditioning or ventilation in the bedrooms would be helpful, as there is only one A/C unit. A washing machine in the apartment complex would also be a nice addition for longer stays.

We had such a wonderful stay at Der Mittermoar. Michael and Edith are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, and from the very beginning we genuinely felt at home.
The accommodation itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well cared for. Our four-year-old daughter absolutely loved being there, especially the huge green lawn where she could run around freely. One of my own favourite memories is simply sitting there in the late afternoon and feeling the cool breeze passing through the house after a day out in the mountains.
We stayed for six nights, but honestly, we would have been very happy to stay much longer.
The location was also perfect for us. Brixen and the surrounding area are beautiful, with organic farms everywhere, and it was a lovely base for exploring South Tyrol and the Dolomites. As we live in Regensburg, we were also delighted to discover that Brixen and Regensburg are partner cities — a small connection that made the place feel even more special to us.
This was one of those stays that became an important part of the trip itself, rather than simply a place to sleep. We left with very warm memories and would happily come back.
