Lovely house (much larger than appears from outside), with great view at the back over the river. Convenient for Morpeth centre and bus/ stations.
Fantastic breakfast. Most comfortable bed ever !!
Julie the host, was very welcoming and helpful. She presented us with tea and biscuits on arrival.
She also helped with parking arrangements and provided guest parking tokens.
Nice location - Morpeth is a nice town.
Parking a bit tricky, as the town has a complicated zonal scheme

The breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice. I prefer a simple breakfast and that was catered for very well. Julie accommodated our needs very well. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Our room was overlooking the street, which had quite a bit of traffic. The noise kept me awake when I needed to rest. However, I am elderly and a more active younger person might not have been bothered by this. We were shown a lovely peaceful room at the back of the house, overlooking the river. I would definitely try to book that next time.

Julie made us very welcome and there is nothing we could find fault with, the attention to detail, everything we needed and more, the breakfast was to die for and we’re really looking forward to our next visit!
