Camas, almohadas y ropa de cama cumple con la calidad esperada
Falta mantención y limpieza profunda y el servicio no cumple con el estándar 5 estrellas : no hay frigobar ni cafetera, tuve que pedir que me llevaran secador de pelo y toallas de mano, toallas de tocador y bajada de ducha ( no las repusieron al día siguiente y el agua de la ducha escurría por todo el piso del baño. Pedí pantuflas para bajar al spa y no tenían stock ( solo dejaron batas en la habitación y 2 toallas grandes). Si bien todo se " ve " limpio, la esquinas del baño tienen suciedad acumulada y un olor excesivo a desinfectante/aromatizante tipo "pino" . Desayuno buffet con bolleria y pasteles de supermercado de muy baja calidad

Close vicinity to the casino and the restaurants were great
Wifi went out for a whole day with no compensation. The rooms are a bit dated, the tvs are old and the shower was broken
