Comfortable beds.
Good location, close to downtown.
The staff is very friendly.
Check-in is at 3 pm,but we had to wait an hour and a half for our room because it wasn't ready yet.

Good location between Centro & Col Am. Nice place, nice pool area and restaurant. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Water pressure in the shower and sink was very weak. Quite noisy at night, able to hear others talking outside.

Very loud, lots of children, the pool is very nice but a little small and you can get drinks and food at the pool. Seemed clean but there were definitely stains and a few instances of other people’s hair on the sheets and towels.
