Bonito, limpio y cómodo....

Las habitaciones están bonitas y limpias, al igual q el baño, camas cómodas y la alberca super calentita.

Rentamos 2 habitaciones y se tenía q presionar el botón del lava manos, para q se mantuviera cerrado xq sino olía mal

Bad experience overall

We were given a room with a bathroom in the bedroom with no door

Staff doesn’t speak English. WiFi is poor and couldn’t work. Room was bad. Hotel restaurant of terrible quality and poor selection. I wouldn’t recommend it.

El hotel está muy bonito, en general las instaklacione smuy buenas y la ubicacion igualmente optima para moverte a puntos turisticos de la ciudad sin ningun inconveniente.

Se me fue el agua unas horas pero lo resolvieron de inmediato.

The front desk stuffs were polite. I like the way they communicated.

We (Me and my wife) went to Guadalajara from Salt Lake City for US visa purposes. I really didn't like the room they gave me. The bathroom was a nightmare. It got blocked almost every day, and it was really awful. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and we had never experienced such a gross situation before. We told the people at the front desk, but they said it would take time to fix it and couldn't give us another room. So, we had to put up with the foul smell for a while. Finally, someone came and did a temporary fix, but they didn't even clean up after themselves when they left. We had to call them again to get it sorted. The very next day, the problem started all over again, and it wasn't fixed during our stay, making us feel really uncomfortable. It was a really bad experience for us. I won't ever go back to that place, and I can't recommend it to anyone else either.

The wifi was unsecured and it rarely worked. Was disappointing as I needed it to complete work tasks during my time here.

I could not shower because the shower was turned to the hand piece and when I called front desk they said they needed maintenance. maintenance had not started shift so no one could help me. I asked she leave me directions or fix it. never happened. I could not properly wash myself for the entire stay.

Great location, I would absolutely stay here again!

When I arrived at Hotel Isabel, I was very pleasantly greeted by Edgar at the front desk. Very nice and easy to understand. He offered to speak English with me, which we did a few times, but we spoke mostly in Spanish. He was very helpful. Daniel the bellman kept my dog as I moved my car into the parking area near my room. He took my luggage and showed me what I needed to know. We laughed about how my Spanish is better with Tequila, he asked if I wanted a Margarita, I accepted. He brought me a margarita from the restaurant. How cool right? I had previously driven from Huasteca Potosino seeing the waterfalls and swimming areas and my car was very dirty. Daniel arranged to have it washed, also very cool! Gerardo and Edgar at the front desk were very helpful throughout my week there. My housekeeper was also very nice and efficient. When I arrived at Hotel Isabel, I was very pleasantly greeted by Edgar at the front desk. Very nice and easy to understand.
