Location was very good, facilities , room, restaurant and spa were very good. Great outdoor space overlooking the river and mountains.
At the start we found the reception staff member to be somewhat abrupt, but after we settled in was quite pleasant, my Romanian isn’t so fluent anymore so maybe that was part of the problem.

Very nice position. Very clean. Very polite and helpfull staff. Huge beds and nice terrace.
A better maintenance would help a lot. It is already showing the age.

The hotel is nice and clean, but a bit outdated. The breakfast was very good and varied.
The air conditioning/heating ventilator was broken/making terrible noises so we had switched off, therefore it was very cold in the room.
Some dishes in the restaurant were not well prepared.
The hotel is quite far away, 45 minutes to 1 hour to the ski resort.

The stuff was great, the food decent, the room in general was ok.
All the hotel bathrooms requires urgent maintenance.
