Le personnel est très professionnel. La plage privée directement accessible depuis l'hôtel.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bruyant, en effet celui-ci est collé à un beach club qui fait des événements tous les soirs. Il est impossible d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes. De plus la chambre est très petite, les lits twin sont inconfortable, impossible de dormir. Aucun équipement dans la chambre. Uniquement des gobelets en plastique dans la salle de bain et Très mauvaise insonorisation
