The accommodation is completely separate to the pub itself and the windows keep out any noise.
The pub food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. There are lots of offers on food and drinks.
The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and there is a good retail park nearby.
The only tiny issue is no sockets by the beds to charge phones, BUT there are usb sockets in the room so not the end of the world!

Confortable and quiet to have a restful night to continue my trip. Clean and the staff was very kind to me, traveling alone that is very appreciated.

The hotel is separate to the pub with 24 hour key card access - plenty of parking - rooms clean and comfortable - staff very friendly and helpful - Gemma was really nice - easy to find off the A38 / Ring Road.
No issues for us with anything here.

Staff were all very polite and accommodating, food was standard Marstons pub grub, but everything did come out piping hot.
Ideal location for our visit to Darley Abbey.
Room wasn't cleaned and prepared from the previous visitor when we got to our room.
The staff were very apologetic and we were swiftly moved to another room.
2nd night sleep was disturbed by someone smoking weed outside of our window at 1-2 in the morning and there was a fainter smell of weed in the corridors leading to the exit.
