Room was spacious.
Cleanliness could have improved. The floors had many spot not cleaned properly. The room needs repainting.

Location is good. Riverside views are awesome. Lot of trees and greenery. Quiet place to relax. Food is good.
Room's toilets have cockroaches. Open fish ponds next to the dinner hall is very sticking, unbearable.

We were charged 22,656/- against 20% monsoon discount the hotel provides for the direct booking or walk in guest! We feel cheated!
