The location, nice decoration of the reception and The Beattles themed restaurant.
Not to include airport shuttle.

It was clean & affordable, the staff was very friendly. The area is very walkable and there are supermarkets and restaurants close by.
It‘s advertised as „wellness and spa hotel“, nevertheless, the spa is a lady doing massages that come with an additional cost and the advertised whirlpools are just in certain rooms that sell out fast. There is no spa for all guests.

The hotel location is perfect for those attending the Agora Convention Center meetings. The bed was comfortable. Besides this, the hotel is definitely overrated.
Regular rooms are very small and far from what could be expected from a 4-star hotel. There are no international electricity sockets in the room, only the American type, although, you may get an adaptor at the reception, this is not the standard for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was poor, although a variety of fresh fruits was available, no vegetables, eggs are measured with a scoop and other choices are very scarce. In the room, during the shower suddenly the hot water switches off and very cold comes out. Room design resembles those of youth hostels.
