Right next to the city’s train station, close to many food places on a street with lots of stores. Pleasant staff.

Perhaps need the anti-mosquito things in the summer.

Elevator was terrifying, noise from train all night. Minimal plugs in the room. Shower subpar.

The property was close to the town, and train station.

You get what you pay for, it isn’t 5 star so don’t expect that. it’s a good place to stay if you’re on. a budget. it just wasn’t “wow” A basic hotel, they kept the lights off in the hallways and stairwells, which didn’t help the ambience.

Bed bugs in room. Bad smell of old everything in hotel. I had to leave the room at 1:30 night, because of bed bugs started to appear from all sides.I made call to booking.com told them whats the situation and told them iam leaving the hotel. Spent a very uncomfortable night in the car. Staff is not responding to booking.com for a refund i requested.

Location is perfect, just off train station but if you come by car, parking can also be arranged. We were lucky and had an amazing view to the square. Supermarket is some 50 meters away, and there is also a good bakery at the square.

Some items are outdated (e.g hair dryer) yet it is excellent value for money.

It is close to train and bus station, which is convenient if you just sleep a night in Sint Niklaas. The building looks nice, an old wooden staircase leading to the rooms inside the building, too. Shower is a waterfall.

The rest not beautiful at all. The room was dirty, the cleaning lady did few movements with her mop around the room in my presence, it didn't help much. Bathroom was never properly cleaned, there was dust of years ago (looked so). Shower is nice in terms of the amount of water, but you can't set temperature, at certain point it got boiling hot. Bed is huge but you are sinking into it, blanket too warm for summer, you can't keep the fan on at night as it is too loud and you can't even leave window open because mosquitoes come in, and you hear trains passing by at night. You can hear everything what happens in other rooms as if it is in your own room.
