Old town gem

Great apartment located in the centre of old town. Clean, quiet and air conditioned! Parking is also provided which was a bonus for us. Will recommend this apartment and Kotor!

Great apartment in the middle of old town

Fantastic location - unbeatable! Very quiet despite being in the middle of everything. Great to have air conditioning and parking close by!! Highly recommend

Would like to have spent a bit more time there to enjoy the space

Huge apartment, lovely old deco feel with a massive balcony. Appreciate the shampoo and conditioner.

Water heater wasn’t turned on, shower was very cold!! The entrance to the property could be freshened up, looked dirty but smelt clean.

Wonderful apartment! Comfortable, clean and its location is perfect!

Wonderful place! :-) The staff was very nice and the apartment was great!!! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and it's location was perfect!! :-) My only regret is that we only stayed there for one night. It was very easy to get the keys.

Overall pleasant stay despite some issues.

The location was fantastic. So convenient and fun to be inside the old town walls, but the property is on a quiet side street so it was peaceful. Best of both worlds. When I explained some unfortunate issues to the desk clerk upon check out, a small discount was provided. It was a token amount, but still appreciated.

The room was not as described when booked. It is labeled as an apartment with a garden view, but there is no view. (Apartment 2) From one small window you see the wall of a building and an old air condition unit. From the other window you see a wall of another building and restaurant tables. Toiletries were also lacking. Only an open bottle of shampoo was provided. However, we were given conditioner and shower gel upon request. On the first day we had no internet access. When I asked the gentleman working the night shift about this, he stated it was "too bad" there was nothing he could do about it and that I needed to tell the morning manager. When I told the morning manager the next day, someone was able to fix the issue quickly and easily; however, the television did not work either night.

Huge apartment in Old Town with wonderful outdoor patio

Huge clean apartment right in heart of Old Town. Loved the enormous balcony and visiting cats!

Patio has no great view and furniture ill suited to eating outside (chairs too low for table}

Exceptional

I spent three days in Kotor with kids(3 and 6) and the aparment was amazing. The check in was very fast, the lady met us on our arrival and gave us a tour thru the appartment, the check out also went smooth. It was well equiped and the bed was comfy. The view from the window is amazing. The TV, AirCondition, kitchen equipment all was well working. The option for private parking is amazing, it's just 5min easy walk to the appartment. I'd come here again!

We were there in the winter period, so the floor was a little cold. Some sort of extra carpet for winter period would be more convenient that tiles.

Apartment was charming, spacious and convenient, in historic building at the heart of old Kotor.

Convenient location in heart of old city Kotor. Beautifully, tastefully furnished. Spacious and bright. A huge upgrade from place we originally stayed, for little more money. Affiliated hotel had a delicious buffet breakfast at discounted rate.

Hard to find, even after being in Kotor a couple days. First receptionist wasn't particularly friendly or patient orienting us. No breakfast. Lock on exterior gate or door would have improved security.

Almost everything. clean and nice place in an unbeatable location. you get the keys in a hotel 1min away which for some people seems be a downside, but for me is clearly a positive point. you get a 24/7 reception which you wouldn’t otherwise have for these type of apartments, and really close.

Paper walls. i could hear everything going on in the next room, every conversation every cough or little noise I was feeling it like they were almost inside our room, which makes difficult to sleep. Bring earplugs.

Good apartment in the center of the old city of Kotor the furniture of the apartment were old, but consistent with the city it's availabale a free private parking outside the old city, very comfortable

Very good

I was got there early and while I was waiting they offered me a cup of coffee. Their behavior was so polite. They also helped me for my luggage. Room was very clean and huge. It was generally nice to staying there. :)

You should take your room keys from the main hotel, i think it needs to improve. And there is nothing to eat in the rooms, I know it is not include for my room options but at least there could be some little snacks. And also my hairdryer didn’t work.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Kotor

Beds were really comfy, and I had a really good shower. There is AC in each bedroom, which is really great (there isn't one in the kitchen, which isn't a problem, but I thought I mention it here). The location is great, right in the heart of old town Kotor. Wifi was good, the place was clean, everything was great. We had to pick up the keys from a nearby hotel, that is where check-in and check-out happens, the staff is really lovely and helpful, they showed us to the apartment after check-in. I would definitely recommend this place.

There is no living room in the apartment as you can see from the photos and description, outside of the bedrooms is only the kitchen table that you can sit around to hang out, so make sure you're happy with that.

A good option for those with no sense of smell who don't need the toilet!

The car parking was easy to find and very useful. Kotor was a lovely place to visit. The air conditioning worked well. This was a cheap rental.

The toilet paper dispenser was jammed so we had no toilet paper. There is a strong smell of damp in the flat. The walls between this flat and the adjacent one are paper thin so you can hear the next door' s dog whimpering . The staff from hotel Monte Cristo who host the property were unhelpful and rude when we rang trying to find the apartment . They wouldn't listen when we tried to explain that we had no mobile data so couldn't make use of Google coordinates . The street numbers in the Old Town are not consecutive and the third digit on the sign outside the apartment is missing so all in all finding the place was hard work!
