What makes this beautiful hotel truly amazing is the immense warmth and hospitality you receive the moment you walk in. The two lovely ladies at reception are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every single guest. Their radiant smiles and genuine care give the hotel a deeply comforting, family-like atmosphere—making you feel just as nurtured and looked after as you would at home. It is hospitality from the heart.
The room itself was exceptionally spacious, featuring a separate private bathroom and a massive queen bed that could comfortably accommodate a family. The amenities were top-notch—instant hot water, plenty of quality bath accessories, and absolute, flawless cleanliness throughout.
An excellent hotel like this deserves nothing But the #1 award in Agulhas. A perfect 5-star experience!

The welcome was very pleasant and cordial. Room was neat and tidy. Wifi worked well.
The bathroom was extremely small. I do not recommend a big bodied person book at this venue. They will not be able to use the toilet and shower . This is an extremely tight- fit for small built people . It was extremely claustrophobic. The noices level at 5:30 AM was unpleasant with people leaving their room and doors banging etc. This is beyound the establishments control unfortunaly.
