I really loved the food, it was absolutely delicious, fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The service was excellent and the warm atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable.
The bathroom towels are quite worn out and need to be replaced. The threads were coming out around the edges of all the towels, making them look old and poorly maintained. I would recommend replacing them with new, good-quality towels to improve the overall experience.

Sunday morning the room phones were not working, so I eventually had to leave the room to arrange breakfast in bed.
Cleanliness was not at the standard I expected from the property. I noticed cobwebs around the windows, some floors did not appear properly cleaned, and the guest toilets felt more like public mall facilities than hotel restrooms. I also noticed members of the housekeeping team sitting together chatting in a corner, which stood out given some of the cleanliness issues.Service responsiveness could also improve. We waited approximately an hour for an iron despite following up
