I liked in general the hotel a lot. Very beautiful from the outside and from the inside as well. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The room was very hot during the night. The AC didn't seem to manage the work it was supposed to do

The location was ok. It had a spa. The massage therapist (2) were nice. It had free parking. The pools were ok.
We first entered our room and it was like a furnace. We called to ask if they could turn it down, their reply was we had to leave it on full blast or off completely. We left it on with our window open the entire time.
I had to ask them to sweep the stairs due to litter. The elevator was old and tiny. There was a “bandage/plaster” in one of the pools for the entire time I was there-6 days. I finally took it out and it stayed there until I left.
I ate first night in restaurant. It tasted like cafeteria food.
I got massages daily but was not very pleased. They were nice but did not feel well after leaving.
