I received a free upgrade to a suite, which was beautiful. The breakfast had a nice variety.

Despite all its faults, I liked the hotel and had a good stay during 3 nights of dreadful weather when it never stopped raining. The staff, especially on reception and the bar made it for me. The hotel staff and local people very very friendly. If you need transport whilst you are there ask for Thulani who works the rank on the shopping centre opposite- he is a star.
It’s a bit rundown. There’s no gym. It’s very average except the people.

By far the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered. I actually wish my stay could have been for at least a week. The services met all my expectations.
The stay wasn't long enough but thats easy to correct in the near future.

Good Breakfast spread
I think the bathroom should be refurbished and overall, a good inspection of the unit will be a good idea.
