A perfect base for exploring south Sardinia. The house was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and equipped with everything you can possibly think of. Air conditioning was excellent and the hosts were so friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Safe secure parking and a wonderful outdoor space with bbq. An absolute gem of a property!

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Süd-Sardinien
Meine Eltern und ich haben ein schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Letizia verbracht.
Mit einer knappen halben Stunde Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen Cagliari ist es m.E. ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Süden der Insel zu erkunden.
Letizia ist eine wirklich herzliche Gastgeberin, mit der wir uns trotz Sprachbarrieren immer gut verstanden haben. Ihre Ferienwohnung ist gut für vier Personen ausgestattet (zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Duschbäder) und liegt sehr ruhig auf dem Privatgrundstück der Vermieter, die quasi gleich Vis-a-vis wohnt.
Ich kann dieses Wohnung nur empfehlen!
P.S. Für Sardinien per Auto empfehle ich nicht nur starke Nerven, sondern ob der schlechten Straßen auch ein robustes (Miet-)Fahrzeug

Charmant et reposant
Le maisonnette est située dans une magnifique propriété très bien entretenue et au calme. Les propriétaires sont trés gentils et discrets. Le logement est impeccable, fonctionnel, tout a été prévu pour passer un agréable séjour. Depuis cet emplacement il est possible de rayonner afin de découvrir le sud de la Sardaigne et notamment la partie extrême sud est.

Tutto praticamente perfetto!
Casa Posta all'interno della proprietà dell'host. La signora Letizia è sempre stata disponibile e gentile. La casa è fresca e dotata di tutto l'occorrente e vi è pure un ampio spazio all'aperto dove è possibile pranzare, oppure rilassarsi all'ombra sul divano e le poltrone da giardino. La posizione è ottima perché in circa 20 minuti si è in centro a Cagliari e in 45 si arriva fino a Villasimius. Ottima esperienza!

Grazie Letizia per averci ospitato nella tua casa. Siamo stati benissimo ma ahimè è finita troppo presto. La casa è bellissima e confortevole; le due camere distanti e con i rispettivi bagni, impagabili. Non potevamo trovare di meglio sia per la tranquillità del posto e per la tua disponibilità. La casa e dotata di tutto il necessario, non manca niente. Spero tanto di poterci ritornare per un periodo più lungo.

Location parfaite.
Très jolie maison avec tout ce qu'il faut.
Question propreté, rien à dire. La location était extrêmement propre à notre arrivée ce qui est très agréable.
Letizia est très gentille et nous a mis à l'aise dans notre "maison de vacances".
Petite attention pour nos enfants, tout le nécessaire pour jouer dans le sable! Nos filles étaient ravies.
Supermarché à 5 minutes à peine en voiture, bien pratique.
La voiture est indispensable pour visiter les belles plages de Sardaigne.
La jolie ville de Cagliari à 20 minutes en voiture et de l'autre côté, même temps pour se baigner à la magnifique plage de Mari Pintau.
Vivement notre prochaine visite!

Lovely accommodation in very peaceful location
This is a lovely property with a nice outdoor space for eating and relaxing with a BBQ. It is a short distance from Poetta beaches and yet in a really peaceful and pleasant location. Nice secure parking space available too but within easy walking distance to the local bus route if you don't want to drive. The property remained nice and cool during the day to allow for a pleasant sleep without the need for air conditioning. The property owners Letizia and Jean Paul are on hand to assist and aid promptly and efficiently. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the accommodation to future visitors.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Letizia ainsi que son mari qui sont des personnes très accueillantes et discrètes.
La location correspond exactement aux photos, très propre, très bien équipée (linge de maison, de toilette, de plage). La maison est très bien conçu du fait que chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain.
Maison située aux portes de Cagliari et des très belles plages du sud (voiture indispensable). commerces à proximité (supermarché, patisserie). Si nous retournons dans cette région, nous reviendrons à Quartu Sant'Elena.

3 days stay - june 2017
We, 2 adults only, booked the house for 3 days end of June 2017. The description of the house is in line with reality. Although the house is a dependance of a property (where the owners are living too) 100% tranquility is guaranteed. The owners are very nice, flexible, English speaking and discreet. We used the house as a base for day trips in the Cagliary region, so we used the house mostly for sleeping, showering and breakfast. Consequently we did not use at maximum the out-door facilities, which included also a lounge corner. If a negative aspect is to be mentioned it is rather the heavy traffic of the region (Quartu sant'elena is not a small tipical village nearby Cagliary, but has all the caracteristics of a suburb). Conclusion: fair price/quality rate.

Lieu Magique et paisible.
Tout le confort est présent. Calme ,fraîcheur à l'intérieur malgré les 37°à l'extérieur. Parfait pour une famille comme la nôtre avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples grâce à ces 2 salles de douché.

Siamo stati benissimo nella dependance di Letizia e Giampaolo.
Tutto perfettamente fedele alla descrizione. La casa è attrezzata benissimo, non manca niente.
Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la pulizia. Tutto era impeccabile.
La casa si trova in un quartiere residenziale e silenzioso. Ci sono tante belle spiagge nelle vicinanze, sopratutto nella direzione di Villasimius, in 20-30 min si possono raggiungere delle spiagge stupende.
I proprietari sono delle persone eccezionali. Gentilissimi, accoglienti e molto amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Si vede che tengono molto a rispettare la privacy degli ospiti.
Un pensiero va anche a Zoe, "la vecchietta" della casa. È il cane più adorabile che abbiamo mai incontrato. Sempre pronta ad accogliere gli ospiti come se fossero di famiglia.
Speriamo di tornarci presto.

Superbes vacances
bonjour,
nous avons passés 15 merveilleux jours dans cette belle location avec nos 2 filles de 5 et 7 ans qui bénéficiaient de leur propre salle de bain et disposaient d'une aile de la maison tandis que nous, les parents avions également notre propre aile avec salle de bain.
L'accueil de Letizia et son mari fut parfait : ne parlant pas trop italien et nos hôtes pas trop français ils avaient convié un ami qui a fait office de traducteur : gentille attention pour nous expliquer au mieux le fonctionnement de la location.
A notre arrivée, notre réfrigérateur était rempli de boisson et une belle corbeille de fruits à notre disposition : et une super accueil tout en sourire.
En plus de notre intérieur très fonctionnel, nous pouvions également utilisé l'intégralité du patio avec petit salon pour l'apéritif et grande table pour le déjeuner ou le diner (plus le barbecue) : tout à l'ombre : important car il fait chaud.
Nous étions sur le même propriété que nos hôtes mais tout en étant bien isolés : aucune gêne de voisinage.
La propriété se situe dans un joli quartier Quartu avec de très belles maisons : aucun problème d'insécurité (à la maison et comme dans toute la Sardaigne que nous avons visité).
Nos hôtes nous ont même permis d'utiliser la piscine pdt leur semaine de vacances : nos filles étaient les "reines du monde" (moi également).
Bref vous l'aurez compris : on a adoré... Et encore merci à nos hôtes
Maintenant il faut retourner travailler....

Superbes vacances en Sardaigne
Pour notre première venue en Sardaigne, nous avons beaucoup regarder les locations qui étaient proposées et celle de Letizia nous avait beaucoup plu. Et à notre arrivée nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Letizia son mari et comme nous ne parlons pas bien italien et nos hôtes pas trop le français ils avaient fait appel à un ami pour traduire : une très belle attention.
La découverte de la maison était encore mieux que ce que nous imaginions, la réfrigérateur était rempli de boisonns fraiches, une belle corbeille de fruits, la maison en parfait état, très propre, une aile pour nos filles (5 et 7 ans) avec une chambres 2 lits simples et une salle de bain (avec une grande douche), la salon, cuisine au milieu et une aile "parents" avec chambre 1 grand lit double et une salle de bain.
La cuisine était entièrement équipée et nous avons enfin appris (après qq essais à nous servir d'une vraie cafétière italienne).
les 2 clim dans les chambres étaient très nécessaires compte tenu du temps et des températures.
Une connexion Wifi parfaite.
Un extérieur : la mise à notre disposition du patio complet avec une petit salon pour prendre les apéritifs à l'ombre et une table (prêt du barbecue) pour déjeuner ou dîner : toujours à l'ombre : emplacement parfait.
Le quartier : un ensemble de belles demeures dans un environnement plutôt privilégié : auncun problème d'insécurité à toute heure du jour comme de la nuit (comme partout dans la Sardaigne ou nous sommes allés), le supermarché à 1 min en voiture (promener à pied peut être compliqué par la chaleur et ... par les voitures), idem pour des restaurants, la plage du Poetto à 5 min en voiture (pas notre préférée) mais surtout de belles criques en direction de Villasimius à 30 min (Maria Puntau notre préférée car petit galet mais sable à 1 m du bord et nos filles ont pied très loin et qq vagues et surtout un merveilleux coucher de soleil) à 1 heure pour Porto Giunco, 15 min pour rejoindre Cagliari : bref un emplacement parfait.
Et nos hôtes : un super accueil, une discrétion et une gentillesse (ils nous ont permis d'utiliser la piscine en leur absence : nous avions la sensation d'être les rois du monde)
Bref vous l'aurez compris : c'était parfait avec des hôtes parfaits pour une belle decouverte de la Sardaigne.

Bellissimo appartameno, proprietari squisiti.
La bellezza dell'appartamento è solo secondo alla gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno accolti come amici di vecchia data. L'appartamento è moderno e ben arredato, completo di tutto. vi sono due camere con bagno annesso speculari, un ampio soggiorno e una bella cucina completa di tutto. Il patio esterno è attrazzato con 2 tavoli, barbecue e stendibiancheria. Non manca proprio niente. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento poiché ben disposto sul litorale sud da cui è possibile raggiungere le spiagge più belle della sardegna. Grazie di averci ospitato!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa favolosa dependance dal 06.08.2014 al 16.08.2014
L'immobile, spazioso e luminoso, si è presentato ben curato, pulito, arredato con gusto, e decisamente molto funzionale e completo di ogni confort e accessorio (microonde, lavatrice ecc.).
La dependance è inoltre dotata di una splendida corte attrezzata con barbecue, tavolo e sedie per consumare deliziose cenette all'aria aperta.
I proprietari, oltre ad essere delle persone molto piacevoli e simpatiche, sono stati di un'ospitalità unica: cordiali, disponibili, molto attenti alle esigenze dei propri ospiti.
Insomma, abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento davvero eccellente!
L'ubicazione della casa è ottima per chi come noi ha visitato le spiagge della zona sud dell'isola: Costa Rei, Villasimius, Chia, Pula, Porto Pino e altre ancora.
Soluzione decisamente da consigliare anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

bonjour , avec un couple d'amis nous avons passe un sejour magnifique en sardaigne. pour cette location , tout etait super , deux chambres avec 1 grand lit et chacune avec sa salle de bains attenante separéee par un salon sejour et cuisine americaine, un espace exterieur avec terrasse , barbecue , parking privatif pour la voiture et en prime un acceuil et une gentillesse extraordinaire de Letizia et Gianpaolo. qui nous ont traite comme de la famille en nous invitant a leur table et en nous permettant de nous baigner dans leur pîscine
on gardera un souvenir inoubliable de ce sejour et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ne serait ce pour revoir Letizia et Gianpalo.

Très agréable et confortable location
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location avec nos deux enfants (10 et 13 ans). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très gentils et discrets.
Petite maison confortable et bien agencée avec deux chambres et deux sdb à chaque extrémité, un salon-salle à manger et une cour calme et ombragée où l'on peut prendre ses repas. Très bien équipée et très propre.
Voiture indispensable, parking pratique dans la cour.
Très bien située pour visiter Cagliari et la côte pour une journée à Villasimius ou à Baia Chia. A 10 mn en voiture de la grande plage de Poetto, à 20-30 mn de très belles plages en direction de Villasimius.
