We were a bit scared about the reviews that we saw but we don’t have much to complain about.
Mariane looked after our room and everything was always very clean and organized. The staff at the reception was nice and the location is easy to take the bus - the stop is literally in front of the hotel.
The breakfast was good but we only recommend maybe a bit more variety in savory options and change the menu a bit more during the week. The only thing is that you are not allowed to each in the common areas food that was not purchased there but the restaurant didn’t have a vast selection of options and and the signage is not clear or at eyesight. But overall I recommend the hotel 🥰

The bedroom was clean, comfortable and staff was amazing.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay.

The staff were very polite, friendly and did their best within their means
We booked specifically because it stated they had a pool and AC. The pool was closed and the AC wasn't switched on.
While I understand pools are only open during certain dates, this was not clear enough when we booked.
We have a 3.5 month old baby and the room was reading at 28C at night. Even with the window wide open.
The staff very kindly gave us a fan but it wasn't enough. The baby cried all night in the heat and we're all covered in mosquito bites from having the window open. Management need to reconsider their AC policy and switch it on as needed and not just during certain times of year.
